5- If you choose My Contacts, only the people in your contact list will be able to make you a part of the group.

6- The third and last option is to select My Contacts Except only select people will be able to add you to the group. You can either one by one or tap the Select All icon in the top right, these people will send you invitations to the private chat to join the group, then you will have three days to accept the request or invitation. Or deny, otherwise the invitation will expire three days later.
