Faisalabad: Police arrested 28 shopkeepers on the charge of decanting Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) illegally in various parts of the city during the last 24 hours.
Police officials said that police, along with teams of Civil Defense department, conducted raids at various illegal LPG refilling points and arrested the shopkeeper’s red handed.
The accused were identified as Akash, Abbas, Mujahid and Asad Abbas, Sajid, Saleem, Zameer and others.
Police locked the accused behind bars after registration of cases. Further investigation is under progress.
