Samsung’s upcoming wireless earbuds named as ‘Galaxy Buds+’

Samsung is giving final touches to its upcoming smartphone the Galaxy S11, S11 Plus, and S11e, which are expected to release in the month of February next year. The Korean manufacturer is also expected to launch a version 2 of its wireless earbuds, the Galaxy Buds, which were released along with the S10, alongside the S11 smartphone.

Samsung’s version 2 of the Galaxy Earbuds will be called Galaxy Earbuds+(read Galaxy Earbuds Plus) and not Galaxy Earbuds 2.“First came the AirPods Pro… then came the Galaxy Buds+,” @evleaks tweeted.

The comparison with Apple’s AirPods Pro also hints that the upcoming Galaxy Buds+ might have support for Active Noise Cancellation. Otherwise, the second generation Galaxy Earbuds are also expected to come with some minor design tweak.

The Galaxy Earbuds currently cost around $129.99, so, in all likelihood, the price of the Galaxy Earbuds+ will be under the $150 price bracket
