Malaysian PM Mahathir Mohammad ends quietness over missing Pakistani PM Imran Khan on Kualalumpur summit, it’s enthusiastic message.
Malaysian Prime Minister Mahathir Mohamad has said that they would have been upbeat had Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan went to the Kuala Lumpur Summit.
Talking to 92 News on Saturday, he said that they are sad that he (Imran Khan) has not been able to attend the summit for certain reasons. “In Geneva, I, Imran Khan and Tayyip Erdogan had made a plan to take steps for the welfare of the Muslim Ummah,” he said.
Mahathir Mohamad said that Imran Khan may visit next time if he is unable to attend the summit this time.
Toward the finish of an Islamic summit in Malaysia, Mahathir commended Iran and Qatar for withstanding monetary embargoes and said it was significant for the Muslim world to act naturally dependent to confront future dangers.
“With the world witnessing nations making unilateral decisions to impose such punitive measures, Malaysia and other nations must always bear in mind that it can be imposed on any of us,” Mahathir said.
