LG to Unveil TV That Rolls Down From Ceiling

LG announced their first rolling TV last year, which is rolling up from a base position. CES 2020 will however, according to a new report, see the South Korean company release the first rolling television.

According to a report by the South Korean Yonhap News Agency, LG would announce a flipping television that could probably be installed on the ceiling.

The report cites unknown sources suggesting that implementation may lead to saving space in the living room. Not much else is currently known about the drug, and we must wait until next week CES begins to find out.

The company announced its first such model at CES last year, Rollable TVs for LG are no new. The LG Rollable OLED TV rolls up from the base of aluminum and can be rolled out to the appropriate degree. This can help to eliminate issues of aspect ratio like black bars and also effectively remove TV when not in use. The foundation stand, however, should remain in place.

It remains to be seen how LG tackles these problems, and we will possibly find out soon. Samsung’s Zero Bezel TV, the first truly lunar TV in the world, is also a key factor for television, which is planned at CES 2020.
