The bizarre device, called Cyrcle Phone, has a circular display, and looks much like a compact mirror.
And while most modern smartphones like the iPhone 11 and the Galaxy S10 are without a headphone jack, two are with the Cyrcle Phone.
On its website, Cyrcle explained: “The new Cyrcle Phone is designed to encourage real-life connections through technology. With two headphone jacks, sharing is the new black.”
The smartphone features dual SIM and runs on Android 9 4 G LTE
According to its designers, the round shape was developed with a female audience in mind, with the size and shape better suited to small hands.
On its website, it added: “A non-rectangular phone for non-rectangular people, The Cyrcle Phone exists to inspire a world where you can be you whatever shape you are.”
Unfortunately, it remains unclear when the smartphone will be available to buy, or how much it will cost.
