Punjab Highways Patrolling Police Faisalabad Region have set Target of Planting 100,000 Saplings

The target for planting 100 000 sapliners was set by Punjab Highways Police Patroller Faisalabad Region during two weeks ‘ planting campaign from 15 February to 2012.

The plantation is being launched in the direction of Zafar Iqbal Awan, Inspector General, Punjab Highways.

Faisalabad Region SSP Patrolling Police Farooq Ahmed Hundal said Saturday that Jhang, Toba Tek Singh and Chiniot districts and Faisalabad districts will have saplings plant.

He said that total number of highways patrolling police posts in the region are 50 and every police post will plant minimum 2000 saplings during the campaign.

He said that officers of all ranks would ensure their participation in the drive to make the drive successful and to achieve set target
