Police Inspector Punjab Shoaib Dastagir has said that Lahore Traffic Police’s ‘E-Payment App’ represents an important effort to ensure that its citizens can obtain documents on the spot after they have paid a fine fee online.
At the start of the new building in New Anarkali on Monday, he said citizens should not go to the bank to pay the challan sum, after implementing the electronic payment app.
The IGP said under the new system citizens would submit challan money online through “E-Payment App” and would collect their papers from the traffic police personnel on the spot.
He said initially the App is being launched as a test run in the New Anarkali traffic sector.
