Coronavirus at its Peak: Oman Expects Peak at 500 Cases a Day

In Oman, the country’s health minister has said that the number of coronovirus cases will expected 500 per day at its peak. On Thursday, Sultanate reported 109 new cases, resulting in a total of 1,019 and four deaths in the region.

The real death toll from Iran’s coronavirus pandemic is likely to be nearly double the official toll of just under 5,000, a parliament report has alleged.

Meanwhile, the UAE Ministry of Health and Prevention on Wednesday evening announced that there were 432 new cases of coronavirus, taking the total to 5,365. It also reported 101 new recoveries taking the total to 1,034. Five more deaths took the total to 33 in the UAE.
