Just recently, the company JW Auto Park had installed their plant in Pakistan and were planning to establish themselves as the largest private manufacturer of electric cars in the country. JW has also signed a MoU with Morris Garages(MG) regarding their electric cars.
Javed Afridi, CEO Haier and Ruba Company warmly welcomed the MG electric cars in Pakistan.
The MG ZS EV is the first fully electric vehicle from MG in Pakistan. In a recent tweet, Javed Afridi stated that the road-trials of the MG electric vehicle are being conducted in Pakistan.

Javed announced the launch of MG E-Motion and added that the bookings are open for this vehicle.
Although the prices of the electric vehicles remains unannounced, experts suggest the price tags to be around four to five million rupees.
Javed Afridi told that he encourages the investors to put money in the electric vehicles manafacturing so that Pakistan can take a lead in this field after China in South Asia.
