Verification of Documents in E-Transfer Process

Directorate of Public Instruction (SE) Punjab Lahore has issued the official Notification letter in connection with verification of documents in e-transfer process.

It is stated that e-Transfer process is ongoing and in order to complete it smoothly, you are hereby directed to verify following documents of applicants concerned very carefully in order to avoid any misconception and successful completion of e-Transfer process.

E-Transfer Process

  • Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC)
  • Nikah Nama
  • Domicile of Spouse
  • Disability Certificate
  • Verification of Posts
  • Appointment letter
  • Joining Report
  • Pay Slip
  • Promotion Order (If Applicable)
  • Other related documents given below;
  1. Online Application Form (Hard Copy)
  2. Original CNIC
  3. First Appointment Order
  4. Joining Report
  5. Verification of First Appointment Orders
  6. Promotion Orders / Joining Report (If Applicable)
  7. Regular Orders (If Applicable)
  8. Transfer Orders & Joining Report (Inter District & Intra-District)
  9. All Certificates / Degrees Verification alongwith their NOC for issuance of salary
  10. Disability Certificate issued from social Welfare for Disable Quota Department/Medical Board
  11. For Widow, Death Certificate of husband/Death Notification/Service Certificate
  12. For Divorce (Nikkah Nama & Divorced Certificate / Decree of the court)
  13. For Wedlock, Nikah Nama, CNIC & Domicile of Husband
  14. Domicile of Candidate
  15. Salary Slip
  16. Original Service Book

Candidate will bring one set of attested copies of all the above said documents along with photocopy of service book for e-transfer.

You are further directed to follow mentioned instructions while documents verification process in letter and spirit.

  1. Strict compliance of given time lines and prescribed schedule for e-Transfer.
  2. Verification of clear availability of posts must be ensured.
  3. To minimize the rush of public in offices during documents verification process, strictly follow the SOPs regarding precautionary measures for Covid-19 as specified by Health Department.
  4. At the end of verification of e-Transfer process, each CEO (DEA) has to download the final list of applicants and send a scanned copy (Duly signed by CEO, DEA) to will in time.
