Step-1 Get enough sleep before commuting to a long route
Step-2 Try to keep the driver’s area cool and well-ventilated
Step-3 Take regular breaks at alternate intervals of time
Step-4 Try to avoid driving alone on longer routes
Step-5 Avoid taking medicines or alcohol to avoid drowsiness
