Federal Employees Housing Scheme 2020 With Elgible Criteria Application Form

According to the vision of Prime Minister Imran Khan, Federal Government Employees Housing Authority has announce unique housing scheme 2020 apartments project Multan road Lahore.

Who is eligible for Naya Pakistan Housing Scheme?

  • All the Federal Government in-service employees are eligible
  • Employees of Autonomous Bodies
  • Special Group workers Media, Journalists, IBA and Lawyers
  • Retired Employees
  • All the widows whose husband died during service

All the above categories of employees are eligible to apply for apartments in federal government housing scheme.

Federal Government Servants in Service [56% Quota]

Employees of Federal Ministries/Divisions/Attached Departments & their subordinate offices (declared as such and included in the Rules of Business), members of regularly constituted Occupational Groups/services of Federal Government, and members of superior Courts i.e. Supreme Court, all High Courts including Azad Jammu Kashmir Supreme Court & High Court and CC Gilgit Baltistan and Federal Shariat Court who were in Service at the time of taking Membership for allotment of apartment.

Federal Government Servants Retired [20% Quota]

Employees of Federal Ministries/Divisions/Attached Departments & their subordinate offices (declared as such and included in the Rules of Business), members of regularly constituted Occupational Groups/services of Federal Government, and members of superior Courts i.e. Supreme Court, all High Courts including Azad Jammu Kashmir Supreme Court & High Court and CC Gilgit Baltistan and Federal Shariat Court who were Retired at the time of taking Membership for allotment of apartment.

Federal Government Servants died during Service [3% Quota]

Spouses of those eligible Federal Government Employees of Federal Ministries/Divisions/Attached Departments & their subordinate offices (declared as such and included in the Rules of Business), members of regularly constituted Occupational Groups/services of Federal Government, and members of superior Courts i.e. Supreme Court, all High Courts including Azad Jammu Kashmir Supreme Court & High Court and CC Gilgit Baltistan and Federal Shariat Court who died during Service including Prime Minister’s Assistance Package at the time of taking Membership for allotment of apartment. (Length of service of deceased spouse will be the criteria).

Federal Government Servants died after Retirement [1% Quota]

Spouses of those eligible Federal Government Employees of Federal Ministries/Divisions/Attached Departments & their subordinate offices (declared as such and included in the Rules of Business), members of regularly constituted Occupational Groups/services of Federal Government, and members of superior Courts i.e. Supreme Court, all High Courts including Azad Jammu Kashmir Supreme Court & High Court and CC Gilgit Baltistan and Federal Shariat Court who retired on superannuation/qualifying service and died after retirement at the time of taking Membership for allotment of apartment. (Date of birth of deceased spouse will be the criteria)

Federal Government Servants having Major Disability [2% Quota]

Federal Government Employees of Federal Ministries/Divisions/Attached Departments & their subordinate offices (declared as such and included in the Rules of Business), members of regularly constituted Occupational Groups/services of Federal Government, and members of superior Courts i.e. Supreme Court, all High Courts including Azad Jammu Kashmir Supreme Court & High Court and CC Gilgit Baltistan and Federal Shariat Court with major disability duly verified by Medical Board or recruited against disable quota at the time of taking Membership for allotment of apartment, Major disability would be considered as:

  • a. Loss of use of two or more limbs
  • b. Total loss of eye-sight
  • c. Paraplegia or hemiplegia
  • d. Lunacy
  • Wound injuries or diseases resulting in a disability due to which a person becomes incapacitated
  • Advanced incurable diseases where a special recommendation on the merits of each case is made by the Medical Board/ Medical Authority
  • The cases under disable quota shall be examined by a medical board which is as follows and their recommendations shall be placed before the Executive Board of FGEHA for final decision.

i. Joint Secretary, Ministry of Housing & Works

ii. Director (Estate-I & II), FGEHA

iii. One Senior Doctor from Pakistan Medical Commission (PMC)

iv. One Senior Doctor from PIMS

v. One Senior Doctor from FG Services Hospital, Islamabad

Employees of Autonomous Bodies in Service [4% Quota]

Employees of Autonomous / Semi-Autonomous / Public Sector Organizations / Corporations under the administrative control of Federal Government who were in service at the time of taking Membership for allotment of apartment.

Employees of Autonomous Bodies Retired [1% Quota]

Employees of Autonomous / Semi-Autonomous / Public Sector Organizations / Corporations under the administrative control of Federal Government who were retired at the time of taking Membership for allotment of apartment.

Widows of employees of Autonomous Bodies [1% Quota]

Spouses of eligible employees of Autonomous / Semi-Autonomous / Public Sector Organizations / Corporations under the administrative control of Federal Government who were retired at the time of taking Membership for allotment of apartment. (The criteria for allotment shall be length of service of deceased employee).

Constitutional [3.5% Quota]

Serving/Retired and spouses of employees of Constitutional bodies who were serving/retired/died (in case of widow) at the time of taking Membership for allotment of apartment. Their allotments shall be decided on confirmation of their service particulars from their respective institutions/departments.

Following institutions/departments falls under Constitutional Quota 3.5%.

a. Supreme Court of Pakistan f. National Assembly Secretariat

b. Islamabad High Court (exclusive share of 0.5% for Islamabad High Court)

c. Federal Shariat Court g. Islamic Ideological Council

d. Election Commission of Pakistan h. Wafaqi Mohtasib Secretariat

e. Senate Secretariat i. Federal Tax Ombudsman Office

Professional [3.5% Quota]

Serving/Retired and spouses of employees of Professional bodies who were serving/retired/died (in case of widow) at the time of taking Membership for allotment of apartment. Their allotments shall be decided on confirmation of their service particulars from their respective institutions/departments.

Following institutions/departments falls under Professional Quota 3.5%.

  • Judges posted in Law and Justice Division, Judges of Special Courts/Tribunals under the administrative control of Law and
    Justice Division and Civil Courts Islamabad.
  • Employees of office of ICT Administration/District Collector, Islamabad
  • Law Officers of the Government, posted in the Supreme Court of Pakistan, Lahore High Court Rawalpindi Bench, Islamabad High Court and Civil Courts of Islamabad
  • Members of the Islamabad District Courts Bar Association (criteria may be on seniority on the enrollment list of the District Bar Association, out of available apartments in the specific quota. The applicant shall also enclose a letter with the application from the President of District Bar Association and is still in practice)
  • Employees of the office of District Courts and office of District Attorney in ICT, Islamabad

Journalist [1% Quota]

Frame work for eligibility and entitlement decided by the Information services academy, Ministry of Information and Broadcasting and Executive Board of FGEHA

  1. Apply for membership by depositing the prescribed membership fee of Rs.100,000.
  2. Membership with the relevant registered Media Body
  3. Seniority of the member shall be applied when he/she got registration under the Membership Drive-I or Drive-II.
  4. Satisfactory/Good conduct to be certified by the following inter alia:
    i. Employer Satisfaction Certificate
    ii. Certificate of good conduct from PEMRA, PCP, PID and Ministry of Information
    iii. Declaration from prospective allottee alonwith certificate from employer that no litigation regarding contempt of court or defamation or libel suit is pending.
  5. The applicant, his/her spouse must not have ever been allotted apartment by FGEHA or any other Government agency.
  6. Journalist must be a full time employee of a newspaper/periodical/news agency or electronic media with 20 years experience as a full time job.
  7. In case of print media employee, the employer’s publication(s) must be included in the Central Media List (CML) maintained by Ministry of Information, Broadcasting and National Heritage for the last 3 years.
  8. Categorization of applicants and their entitlement of apartment/plot as decided by Ministry of Information and Broadcasting.

Media Workers [1% Quota]

Frame work for eligibility and entitlement decided by the Information services academy, Ministry of Information and Broadcasting and Executive Board of FGEHA.

  • Apply for membership by depositing the prescribed membership fee of Rs.100,000
  • Islamabad based media workers are eligible and the applicant, his/her spouse have never allotted apartment in Islamabad by FGEHA/CDA or any other Government agency.
  • Media workers (non journalistic staff) must be a full time employee of a newspaper/periodical/news agency or News TV Channel/Radio (Private) having more than 20 years experience. Retired employees are non-entitled.
  • In case of print media employee, the employer’s publication(s) must be included in the Central Media List (CML) maintained by Ministry of Information, Broadcasting and National Heritage for the last 3 years
  • Media worker must be under the age of 60 years
  • Categorization of applicants and their entitlement of apartment/plot as decided by Ministry of Information and Broadcasting.

Ministry of Housing & Works [2% Quota]

Employees of Ministry of Housing & Works and its attached departments. The criteria for allotment as decided by Executive Board.

FGE Housing Authority [1% Quota]

Regular employees of FGE Housing Authority. The Criteria for allotment as decided by Executive Board.
