Complete all the documents of Physical Fitness Form , Medical Test Form and original CNIC will be checked on Physical Test Day. Don’t Attach Physical Fitness Form / Medical Test Form with application form.

- 15 Years for REtired forces person
- 03 years for Balochistan, Fata, AJK, GB, Sindh Rurla & Minority Candidates
- 05 Years for inservice death employees children
