Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) will begin the process to provide a full refund of Pakistan Super League (PSL) season five matches which were played behind closed doors due to COVID-19.
The novel coronavirus had deprived the fans of live cricket action after some matches thus far. Almost every sport is being played behind closed doors.
In case of PSL, the tournament got postponed with knock out games including final were to be played.
Starting from next week, the board will finally begin the process to provide a full refund of the tickets that were purchased for matches that were postponed and played without fans.
As per Cricket Pakistan, the refund of the tickets will take place in two phases.
In the first phase, tickets for matches that took place behind closed doors will be refunded. After which, tickets for playoffs will be refunded. Both phases will take 10 days each.
Fans will need to contact the local courier service for their refunds.
