The gold prices continued to skyrocket in the country as pure 24-carat gold per tola has crossed the mark of Rs112,500 with an increase of Rs600 per tola as the trade began on Tuesday morning, breaking its own record of all-time record price, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
The price of 22-carat gold per tola has reached at Rs112,850.
On Monday, 24-carat gold price with an increase of Rs 1,600 climbed up to historic high at Rs 111,250 per tola and broke its own all-time high record in the country. In the international market, gold has been increased by 7 dollars per ounce.
Last week when the trading market closed on Friday, the gold prices in Pakistan refused to lose their glitter as they continued their journey upward. The glittering metal became Rs200 dearer as the per-tola price of 24-carat gold climbed up to a historic high of Rs109, 400.
The price of 22-carat gold was also recorded at Rs100,200 per tola. The rate of 21-carat gold was noted at Rs95,650 per tola. The price of 10 grams of silver was recorded at 1,070.
