Due to poor rain emergency policy of Sindh government, Quaid-e-Azam’s birthplace was also submerged in heavy rain water in Karachi yesterday.
According to ARY News, Wazir Mansion, the birthplace of Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah, the founder of Pakistan in Kharadar, could not be safe. The Wazir Mansion also drowned in rain water.
Due to heavy rains in Karachi in the third spell of the monsoon, the roads and streets in front of and around the Wazir Mansion began to look like a pond, with rainwater and sewage water added.
Water entered from the grill around the Wazir Mansion and outside the door. On the other hand, due to the indifference of the administration, the drainage work from the birthplace of the founder of Pakistan has not started yet.
It may be recalled that there was heavy rain with thunder and lightning in Karachi yesterday, in which 5 people were killed in the city, during which more than 60% of the areas in the city were without electricity, rain gutters boiled in several areas and Roads became ponds.
According to the Meteorological Department, there is a possibility of thundershowers in Gulshan-e-Hadid today.
