The gold prices after falling by a record margin of Rs12,200 in the last two days in the barter market has now reached Rs117,000 per tola, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Wednesday.
The TV channel reported that on Wednesday gold prices decreased by a record Rs6,000 per tola and in the last two days lost a total value of Rs12,200 per tola. The new price of the 24-carat gold has reached Rs117,000.
The price of 22-carat gold now climbed down to Rs107,000 per tola.
In the international market, the price of gold fell by $129 per ounce and now has reached $1900 per ounce.
On Tuesday, the gold price in Pakistan with a decrease of Rs2,900 per tola reached at Rs126,100 at the closing time of the trading.
