PIA to Operate Quetta-Turbat Flights Twice a Week to Facilitate Turbat Resident

Pakistan International Airline (PIA) has decided to operate two flights between Quetta to Turbat to facilitate the residents of Turbat.

According to the PIA spokesperson, Abdullah Khan, the national flag carrier will be launching the Quetta-Turbat operations from tomorrow, December 11, and the flights will be operated twice a week.

As per the details, first flight is set to leave from Quetta on Thursday at 12:00 pm. PIA has also announced a discount of 30 per cent in fares for domestic flights on the eve of winter vacations and school holidays.

The national flag carrier introduced the special fares discount on flights operating between Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Quetta, Faisalabad, Sialkot ad Peshawar from December 3, 2020.

Abdullah Khan said that the passengers will now be able to travel between the above mentioned cities on a one-way minimum fare of PKR8,500 and a round trip minimum fare of PKR17,000, as against the previous charges of PKR12,275 and PKR24,600 for the same.

The discount on the rates have been provided to facilitate the citizens to traveling within cities during holidays. Abdullah also added that the inventory is available and passengers can benefit from these fares on first come first serve basis.
