E-Rozgar Training Program Announcing New Admissions; Click for Apply

The Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB) declared on Thursday that it has begun accepting applications for the latest batch of the E-Rozgar training programme, which is conducted in partnership between the PITB and the department of youth affairs and sports. The programme aims to provide unemployed youth with at least 16 years of schooling with free digital skills and freelancing training.

The E-Rozgar training program which maintains more than 32 training centers in Punjab, has trained up to 28,000 students till now, with the participation of 54% of women, who have contributed Rs. 2.4 billion in foreign exchange till now.

The purpose of the program is to provide earning opportunities to the youth through IT and freelancing training and the program has been a success as its trainees have earned over 350 million rupees in the past few years. PITB offers 3 months training programs in the areas of IT Technical courses, Content Marketing and Creative Designing.

Admissions in the new session are announced. The unemployed youth of Punjab under 35 years of age may apply for the training program.
