The Pakistani embassy in Saudi Arabia has taken steps to provide jobs for unemployed Pakistanis.
The Pakistani embassy issued a statement to unemployed Pakistanis two days ago, saying that Pakistanis whose residency visa expired a year ago and were looking for a job, come to embassy along with their documents a 3 pm, 2 September.
The embassy invites different companies to interview unemployed persond and give jobs according to their qualification and requirments.
Now the embassy has issued another statement regarding the September 2 walk-in interview. Licensed drivers of small and heavy duty vehicles, laborers, block workers, masons, carpenters, tile, steel fixers, painters, electricians, plumbers, plant operators will be interviewed on September 2 at 3 p.m. Visit the embassy by 1 p.m.
The embassy explained that only workers whose tenure has expired for more than a year can come to interview for vacancies.
The Pakistani government added that the announcement regarding highly educated and other professions (doctors, bankers) would be made later. It was further stated that posts and interviews for Makkah, Madinah and Jeddah will be announced separately.
