Mardan Girl Student Obtains 1,100 Marks Out of 1,100 in Inter Exam

A rare happening, but it happened nowhere else but in Pakistan and that too in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa that a girl student has topped her intermediate exam by scoring 1,100 marks out of 1,100, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

Qandeel was the only female student throughout Pakistan who had made the record by securing all the 1,100 marks.

Qandeel, daughter of Sohail Ahmad, of Student Model High School, Akora Khattak, Nowshera, took the obvious first position in the Mardan board.

The Mardan Education Board on Tuesday announced the Inter and Matric result.

As many as 70,532 students, male and female, took part in the examinations, out of which 68,854 were declared successful. 42,851 out of 44,415 students who sat in the Intermediate Part II examination were declared successful.

The passing percentage was remarkable as 97.82 percent of students passed the Matric exam whereas 96.48 percent passed the Intermediate exam.
