Faisalabad to Get Pakistan’s Largest Expo Center

Today, Usman Buzdar approves to build of Pakistan’s largest business hub, expo center in Faisalabad. The aim to build this expo center is to facilitate industrialist and foreign investors.

Sialkot city also gets expo center soon as per announcement by Usman Buzdar. Sialkot is a surgical city, so the main purpose is to increase the export in that specific sector.

The chief minister also revealed that the provincial government will soon begin work on the Chunian Aqua Park project. The government’s facilitation centers are crucial in assisting investors.

He thanked the investors for their interest in investing in the special economic zones.
The decisions were made during a high-level session chaired by CM Usman Buzdar to review progress on Punjab’s special economic zones. According to the chief minister, work on economic zones is continuing in Chunian, Bahawalpur, and Muzaffargarh.

He issued directives to get the special economic zones up and running as soon as possible.
Earlier in September 2020, Abdul Razak Dawood, Advisor to the Prime Minister on Commerce and Investment, stated that common expo centers would be established in four cities of Punjab to boost the industrial sector.

Razak Dawood said government to establish a common expo center for the cities of Sialkot, Gujrat, Wazirabad, and Gujranwala. For this proposed government need to visit cities to select the land for the expo center as well.
