Xiaomi’s recent product launches have been stunning. From smartphones to home appliances, the company has clearly moved above and beyond to provide one quality product after another to its customers.
Even with the Redmi Note 11, Xiaomi released three phones in the series, which were later joined by a Note 11T. In addition, we now have another one on the way, the Redmi Note 11S. The smartphone with the model number 2201117SG has recently appeared on certification websites such as the NBTC in Singapore, the BIS in India, and the Eurasian Economic Area (EEC). This indicates that it is ready to go global.
There are at least four more variants of this model number, which are most likely for the various carrier models with varying storage options. Although the Redmi Note 10S was released in the global market in March 2021, its successor series is expected to arrive much sooner.
The Note 11S will be the fourth member of the Note family, and while there is a lot of speculation surrounding this phone, it is still too early to draw any conclusions. More information about this upcoming flagship is expected in the coming weeks or months.
S models are typically minor upgrades over vanilla models. This implies that we can expect a different chipset, a minor camera upgrade, or slightly faster charging. To recap, the Redmi Note 11 is powered by the Dimensty 810 chip, has a 50MP main camera, and supports 33W fast charging.
