Humayun Saeed is currently one of Pakistan’s most popular actors, having appeared in numerous drama series as well as a few films. Now, the actress is set to appear in the fifth season of Netflix’s hit show ‘The Crown.’
He has been cast in the Netflix series as ‘Dr. Hasnat Khan,’ a heart surgeon and Lady Diana’s love interest.
The show is set during Queen Elizabeth II‘s reign in the United Kingdom. The Netflix original show depicts the Queen’s life from the 1940s to the present day. The hit drama series focuses on the struggles and tensions that exist within the royal court.
Humayun has yet to comment on any of these rumors. His fans and co-stars, on the other hand, have celebrated the news on Twitter.
Hasan Zaidi, a well-known journalist, made the announcement via Twitter.

Dr. Hasnat is a well-known character who is a British-Pakistani heart and lung specialist best known for his romantic two-year affair with Diana. The Princess is said to have nicknamed him ‘Mr. Wonderful.’
The new season will center on the events of the Royal Family in the 1990s, particularly Diana’s deteriorating relationship with Prince Charles and her death.
The fifth season of the show is scheduled to premiere in November 2022.
