GrocerApp recently partnered with EasyPaisa to offer customers the best grocery shopping experience in the country. Mr. Ahmad Saeed, CEO of GrocerApp, and Mr. Omar Moeen, Head of Easypaisa, finalized the partnership.
As a result of this collaboration, Easypaisa customers can now shop for groceries at the best prices from the comfort of their homes. The collaboration entails the development of a “mini-app” for groceries within the Easypaisa app.
The collaboration aims to reach a broader audience for better grocery-buying experiences in Lahore, Islamabad/Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, and Karachi (launching soon). It would also help to achieve the larger goal of establishing a digitally-enabled economy.
Mr. Ahmad Saeed, CEO of GrocerApp, commented on the partnership, saying that the company is working to create an online grocery brand that offers the widest variety of groceries at the lowest possible prices. This collaboration will allow GrocerApp to reach a larger audience and benefit users by allowing them to save more money on their monthly groceries.
GrocerApp is Pakistan’s leading online grocery platform, allowing users to order groceries via its website and mobile app. Mr. Ahmad Saeed establish this startup in 2016 with Mr. Rai Bilal and Mr. Hassaan Sadiq after recognizing a gap and opportunity in Pakistan’s online grocery delivery space. In 2018, the startup switched from using middlemen and delivering through existing stores to a fulfillment-led model.
The app promises users the widest selection of groceries at the lowest prices in the industry. It offers scheduled same-day deliveries from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. GrocerApp saves customers’ trips to the supermarket and delivers better savings and value right to their door.
