According to reliable sources, city officials are constructing three underpasses or interchanges to make the busiest Srinagar Highway signal-free.
The Srinagar Highway will be signal-free, according to Ali Nawaz Awan, Special Assistant to the Prime Minister (SAPM) on the Capital Development Authority (CDA).
According to him, Planning Minister Asad Umar will convene a meeting soon to receive a project briefing from the CDA.
“The CDA is already working on making the Srinagar Highway signal-free,” he explained.
He went on to say that motorists are now experiencing traffic congestion in a variety of locations, including the G-10 and G-11 signals.
