Today, Oppo began taking pre-orders for the new A76 across the country. It’s the Oppo A95’s budget sibling, with a sleek design, fast charging, and a fluid display. You can reserve yours through an online third-party vendor. The brand is giving away Bluetooth speakers with every registration.
The phone is designed in the classic ‘Oppo Glow’ style. The casing is available in two colors: Glowing Black and Glowing Blue, and it has a glittery matte texture. The Oppo A76’s design is also sleek and chamfered, with a fingerprint scanner and power button integrated into the frame. A dual camera is hidden inside a protruding rectangle on the Oppo A76.
The camera has a 13MP wide-angle sensor and a 2MP bokeh sensor, and it can shoot in HDR and natural retouching modes. The display is a 6.56″ IPS LCD with an anti-glare coating.
The brightness is on the lower end at 600 nits. Although the new Oppo smartphone does not have a certified IP rating, the company promises water and scratch resistance. Everything is powered by a 5000 mAh battery that lasts all day. When you’re running low on power, the 33W charging brick can give you a 55 percent charge in just 30 minutes. For two hours of video streaming, a five-minute top-up is sufficient.
The Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 processor is in charge of all number crunching. It has 6GB of RAM and 128GB of UFS 2.2 storage, which can be expanded via the microSD slot. The OPPO A76 is priced at PKR 36,999.
