According to the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority’s (PTA) ‘Mobile Networks Benchmark Report for 2022,’ Ufone 4G is Pakistan’s No. 1 Voice and Data network.
PTA used the Network Performance Score (NPS) methodology to assess service quality across the country. The European Telecommunications Standards Institute (ETSI) has standardized this as an integrated and advanced methodology that enables regulators to determine network performance through automated tests of simulated end-user voice, data, and SMS consumption behaviors.
Furthermore, the report emphasizes the company’s strong focus on providing its customers with the best and highest quality connectivity in order to improve their user experience.
In addition, the company’s Voice and Data services received the highest aggregate total of 634 out of 800 in the countrywide benchmarking campaign, with Ufone 4G ranking first.
However, Ufone 4G received the highest scores for its Voice and Data services, outperforming industry standards and other Cellular Mobile Operators (CMOS) in Pakistan by a wide margin.
This study was also conducted across all federal and provincial capitals, as well as four major highways and motorways, to determine the quality of mobile networks. PTA survey teams conducted over 15 thousand voice calls and 45 thousand data tests in these areas, covering an area of approximately 4,522 kilometers.
