The Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB) has invited applications for e-rozgaar, the provincial government’s flagship freelancer training program, in collaboration with the Punjab Youth Affairs and Sports Department.
Unemployed individuals under the age of 35, with a minimum education of 16 years and a Punjab domicile, are eligible to apply for the most recent e-rozgaar training program.
Top IT experts and freelancers will provide free training to thousands of young people as part of the latest batch of e-rozgaar, allowing them to earn money by freelancing. PITB will also issue certificates to the successful candidates.
This year, PITB is offering both online and on-campus training programs. The three programs listed below are available both online and on-campus:
- Technical
- Marketing and advertising for technical content
- Innovative Design
The four courses listed below are only available online.
- Development of Mobile Apps
- Design of UI/UX
- Marketing via Digital and Social Media
- E-Commerce
Since its inception, PITB has trained over 15,000 people each year through various batches of e-rozgaar, and they have earned over Rs. 3.5 billion through freelancing.
