Vivo launched its much-anticipated flagship smartphone, the X80, in Pakistan on Monday. Over a thousand people from the country’s tech industry, media, and mobile phone dealers gathered in Lahore for the launch ceremony.
The Vivo X80, for which pre-orders have begun, will be available for purchase on May 24 for Rs.159,999. The new device is expected to compete fiercely with popular Samsung mobiles in local markets.

The smartphone has a 6.78-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with 1800×2400 pixel resolution and is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 9000 chipset. The smartphone has up to 12GB of RAM and three storage capacities: 128GB, 256GB, and 512GB.
The Vivo X80 is powered by the Android 12 operating system, which is topped with the company’s own layer of customization. The smartphone has a triple rear camera setup that includes a 50MP main camera with Sony’s first IMX866 RGBW sensor, a 12MP ultra-wide-angle camera, and a 12MP 50mm 2X portrait camera.
The phone got a 32MP front-facing camera for selfies.
The Vivo X80 has an in-display fingerprint sensor and a 4500mAh battery with 80W fast charging support.
