Saudi Ministry Releases Hajj e-Guides in 14 Languages

In partnership with the General Authority for Awqaf, the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has released 13 comprehensive e-manuals that provide guidance to pilgrims from all over the world on a range of subjects.

Arabic, English, French, Spanish, Turkish, Russian, Persian, Urdu, Bengali, Indonesian, Malay, Hausa, Amharic, and Sinhalese are among the 14 languages in which the instructions have been made available.

The many aspects of the e-manuals and how the guides work are explained in a ministry video that was tweeted out.

According to the ministry, “These guided e-manuals are interactive and incorporate Shariah and Islamic law, procedural, organizational, and health directions that pilgrims would require while making the Hajj pilgrimage.”

All you need to do is go to the guide website, choose your language, and explore the guide you want to use. From there, you can download the guide and listen to or view the available content.

Thousands of authorities offered their opinions on the idea as the video received hundreds of thousands of views.

Tawfiq Al-Rabiah, the minister for Hajj and Umrah, posted the video on his official Twitter account along with the caption, “Here are Hajj guidelines for a wonderful Hajj voyage.”

The ceremonies of the Hajj, Ihram, Mina, Muzdalifah, Arafat Day, Jamarat, Umrah, health awareness, the Grand Mosque, the Prophet’s Mosque and its functions, and the famous sites of Makkah and Madinah are some of the subjects covered.

Visit guide.haj.gov.sa to access the guides, which work with both the iOS and Android phone operating systems.

The goal of the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah is to assist pilgrims in carrying out their Hajj rites in the best way possible. The ministry’s mission is to ease pilgrims’ travel and improve their Hajj and spiritual experiences.
