Earlier today, the Capital Development Authority (CDAEnvironment )’s Wing inaugurated a brand-new hiking trail in Islamabad’s Margalla Hills for hikers and visitors.
At 6 AM today, the civic body officially launched Trail 7, which connects C-12 and Kainthia, Alexander Well. There were Captain Usman, the CDA Chairman, and Irfan Nawaz Memon, the DC for Islamabad, present.

After finishing the necessary rehabilitation work, which included installing maps, milestones, and benches along the path, CDA also reopened “Trail 1” and “Trail 2” in the Margalla Hills to hikers and tourists earlier this month.

A number of Asian leopards that have lately been spotted along Trail 6 in the Margalla Hills were the focus of the Asian Leopard Preservation Zone, which was established earlier in 2022 by the Islamabad Wildlife Management Board.
A new park called the Hill Park on Third Road in Sector G-10/4, Islamabad was opened in March of this year by Amir Ali Ahmed, Chairman of the Capital Development Authority.
