The candidate’s final/terminal degree cannot be in the second or third division.

For consideration, applicants who took the HAT test on or after January 1, 2022, may upload the test results to the HEC portal. Applications won’t be taken into consideration for further action if they don’t include a minimum HAT test score (60 out of 100).

It is important to note that the UK Government’s Commonwealth Scholarship Programme, which is driven by goals for international development, is provided by the Commonwealth Scholarship Commission (CSC) in the UK.
Over 30,000 people have received funding from the CSC since 1960 so they can study in the UK and develop their skills, knowledge, and networks in order to meet the challenges of international development.
You must be a permanent resident of an eligible Commonwealth nation in order to apply for these scholarships, per both HEC and CSC eligibility requirements. By the beginning of the UK academic year in September 2023, he or she must be available to begin her academic studies there.
