Saudi Arabia Launches ‘Nusuk’ Platform to Facilitate Pilgrims Visiting Makkah, Madinah

The Saudi Arabian Ministry of Hajj and Umrah unveiled a brand-new platform for the unity of government through which pilgrims can schedule their journeys to Makkah and Madinah.

Travelers from all over the world can easily plan their entire trip to the Kingdom using Nusuk, including applying for an eVisa and booking lodging and transportation.

For pilgrims and visitors, the platform offers a variety of services and information that make it simple for them to complete their Umrah rituals. The Kingdom’s Vision 2030 goals include improving service quality and enhancing pilgrims’ religious and cultural experiences.

With the goal of enhancing pilgrim experiences and streamlining reservation and communication processes so that they can receive various packages and programs, Nusuk is being launched in collaboration with the Saudi Tourism Authority and is connected to the services provided by the Kingdom’s official tourism website “Visit Saudi Arabia.”

Those who wish to perform Umrah will be able to use Nusuk to electronically reserve packages and programs as well as acquire the required visas and permits.

A number of additional services, such as interactive maps, a calendar of events and offers, a digital instruction manual in several languages, and health information and services, will be added to the platform at a later time.
