Saudi Arabia Extends Umrah Visa to Three Months

Saudi Arabia has announced that it will increase the duration of the Umrah visa from one to three months for travelers of all nationalities, including Pakistanis.

Dr. Tawfiq Al-Rabiah, the Saudi Minister of Hajj and Umrah, made this declaration in Tashkent during his two-day official visit to Uzbekistan.

He claimed that after Saudi authorities relaxed regulations in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, approximately 12,000 pilgrims from Uzbekistan recently performed the Hajj.

During the previous two months, more than 36,000 Uzbeks performed Umrah, the majority of whom were able to travel to Madinah, pray at Al-Rawdah Al-Sharifah, and tour the city’s sacred and historic sites.
