2023: Latest Price of Honda Cars After Rate Hike

In response to the “uncertain economic environment,” Honda Atlas Cars decided to shift the burden onto its customers by raising the price of its CKD models.

According to a notification made in this regard, the company cited the rise in material costs and the volatility of the exchange rate as two of the main reasons for raising the price by up to Rs550.000. On January 23, 2023, the new rates will go into effect.

Beginning on January 23, all new orders will be subject to the increased retail sale price (RSP).

The models are priced in the following ranges:

Reminder: Orders with full payment received up until January 21 (instrument date up to January 21) will be invoiced at the price of the most recent retail sale.

Uncertain total back orders as of January 21 for which the full payment instrument or the balance payment instrument is dated after January 21 will, however, be charged at the delivery price in effect at that time.

The company further stated that the ex-factory rates listed above, which include sales tax, federal excise duty, and CVT, are merely estimates and will be replaced by the price in effect at the time of delivery.

Furthermore, any government taxes that would be due at the time of delivery would be the responsibility of the customers, and the committed delivery date might change as a result of the current ambiguous import situation.
