Pindi Bhattian Motorway is Now Toll-Free

The federal government has finally removed the tolls on the Pindi Bhattian Motorway. According to a report, this was a long-standing requirement due to the long lines to and from toll plazas.

Before, there were long wait times for drivers and passengers at the toll plaza for cars and other forms of transportation. Drivers will be able to pass without any barriers, according to the ministry of communication.

Drivers welcomed the federal government’s action because it is convenient and slightly lowers travel costs.

Restoration of the M6 Corruption Case

In the Hyderabad-Sukkur Motorway case, Ashiq Kaleeri is a suspect. At his residence recently, the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) Karachi carried out a search warrant and discovered Rs. 300 million in cash.

A special anti-corruption court last month forwarded the corruption case involving the Hyderabad-Sukkur Motorway to NAB. The special court postponed taking a position on the NAB’s appeal. The bureau identified eleven suspects in the M-6 corruption investigation.

This is a developing story as NAB attempts to track down and bring charges against those in charge of other anomalies.
