Dubai Launches Special Program For Expired Visa Holders to Avoid Legal Action

A 3-day program for visitors who have overstayed their visas has been announced by the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA) in Dubai.

The initiative aims to offer assistance to people who are having problems because their visas or permits have expired.

The GDRFA announced that the program would begin between February 25 and February 27 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. The location is City Center Deira, close to Centerpoint.

GDRFA representatives will be on hand to help attendees find a resolution to their overstaying problems.

The program is a component of the GDRFA’s efforts to assist individuals in addressing their status and avert penalties or legal repercussions.

All overstayers were urged by the authority to take advantage of this opportunity to visit the designated area within the 3-day window.
