This program, which is a component of our “Futuremakers Inclusive Employability Programme” and is essential for integrating diversity and inclusion priorities across our footprint, is supported by improved infrastructure, service delivery, and the application of cutting-edge technologies.
We are sure that this will lead to more openings and chances for growth as we move forward because it is also consistent with the Central Bank’s goals for financial inclusion for people with disabilities.
With a wheelchair ramp, elevator flooring, etc., the bank has made sure its infrastructure is compatible. Digital tools are also incorporated into the program to increase accessibility for interns with disabilities. Additional sign language literacy and sensitivity training is available to help all staff members be truly inclusive.
