Islamabad car owners will now no longer need to bring their vehicles to the federal capital for a physical examination upon transfer, according to an announcement from the Excise and Taxation department.

The physical inspection of vehicles registered in Islamabad may be conducted in four Punjabi cities, including Lahore, Multan, Bahawalpur, and Faisalabad, according to Excise and Taxation Director in Islamabad Bilal Azam.
He stated that Quetta and Karachi would also have access to the service for car owners from Islamabad.
