The HEC announced on Twitter that foreign graduates from developing and newly industrialized nations with at least two years of professional experience can pursue a postgraduate or master’s degree at a state or state-recognized German university through the Development-Related Postgraduate Courses (EPOS) program.

After their training or scholarship, candidates are expected to assume social responsibility, start changing processes in their personal and professional environments, and support those processes. According to the DAAD website, this is the case.
