In a show of strong dissent against the proposed privatization of Pakistan International Airlines (PIA), the People’s Unity of PIA has announced a strategic move.
Today (Thursday), PIA ticket booking offices will be inaccessible to the public for a duration of two hours. This nationwide closure, spanning from 3 pm to 5 pm, stands as a symbolic gesture against the impending privatization.

Rana Kashif, the secretary general of the union, explained that this decision is part of their ongoing efforts to voice their opposition to the privatization of the national carrier.
