- Athletic Scholarship: Grants a 25% tuition fee waiver for active participants in Abu Dhabi sports teams pursuing undergraduate programmes.
- University Scholarship: Offers a 15% to up to 50% tuition fee waiver for GCC candidates and UAE residents pursuing undergraduate programs.
- Family Tuition Waiver: Benefits families with multiple students at ADU, providing tuition fee waivers of up to 15%, 20%, or 25% for eligible family members.
Graduate Programs
- Merit-based Graduate Scholarship: Offers a 25% reduction in tuition fees for graduate students. This offer is for those students who have a CGPA of 3.5 or higher.
- H.H. Sheikh Hamdan Bin Zayed Scholarship: A fully funded opportunity covering 100% of tuition fees, application fees, registration fees, and additional services for undergraduate programs.
Eligibility
The scholarships are open to international students globally and local UAE students, with eligibility criteria varying based on CGPA and program levels. Applicants must be formally admitted to ADU to qualify. The application process begins post-formal admission and can be accessed through the Financial Aid and Scholarships section in the student’s university account. The deadline for applying for Abu Dhabi University Scholarships for the Spring Semester is February 16, 2024.
