The State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) is actively seeking dynamic and talented individuals to join as Assistant Directors (OG-2) through the State Bank Officers Training Scheme (SBOTS) – 26th Batch.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must hold a Master’s, Bachelor’s, or equivalent degree with 16 years of education in relevant fields. Those with foreign degrees require an equivalence certificate from HEC. Graduates until June 30, 2024, may apply with provisional transcripts.

Applicants should belong to Sindh (Rural), Baluchistan, ex-FATA, Gilgit Baltistan, or AJK, with a maximum age of 26 years as of February 11, 2024. Additionally, there’s a three-year age relaxation for females, transgender persons, minorities, and candidates from specified regions.

Training and Compensation

During the training period, selected candidates will receive a monthly stipend of Rs. 41,000. Upon successful completion of the training, they will be appointed as Assistant Directors with a consolidated monthly salary of Rs. 82,000, accompanied by other benefits as per Bank rules.
