The newly elected Chief Minister of Punjab Maryam Nawaz has unveiled various transportation projects and schemes in the province, including providing E-Bikes to students through easy installments.
Scheme Details
CM Maryam Nawaz’s E-Bike scheme aims to distribute 20,000 electric bikes to students at minimal interest rates and easy installment plans. The Bank of Punjab will offer soft loans to facilitate this initiative.
How to Apply for E-Bike
The online application process for the electric bike scheme will commence in the upcoming months. Students from schools and colleges can avail themselves of the bike through manageable installments with low-interest rates.
Initially, the scheme will be launched in major cities like Lahore, Multan, and Faisalabad, with plans for expansion to smaller cities across Punjab.
The scheme will feature separate quotas for male and female students, ensuring inclusivity. Stringent measures will be in place to efficiently manage and approve student applications, guaranteeing the scheme’s success.
