Pak Suzuki has finally revealed the official launch date of the new Suzuki Swift. According to reports, the car will be released on February 24th, 2022, which is this Thursday. In addition, the event will take place in Lahore. So, Swift fans, your favorite car is nearly here.
Meanwhile, Suzuki Mini Motors teased the launch in a short video with the messages “It’s time to change” and “Temptation comes alive.”
Suzuki Swift Seen
We previously shared images of a locally assembled Suzuki Swift on a car carrier. The blue hatchback was most likely transferred to the company’s dealerships. The forthcoming vehicle was spotted on the Bahawalpur bypass.

Variables to Be Expected
We believe the new Swift will be available in three models. Swift GL (Manual), Swift GL (Auto), and Swift GLX (fully loaded top-of-the-line variant) (Auto).
The top-of-the-line model will have halogen projection headlights, LED fog lights, and alloy wheels.
Engine to be Expected
According to our sources, Suzuki will introduce a new model in Pakistan with a K12C (1250cc) Dualjet inline-4 engine, possibly paired with a 5-speed manual or CVT transmission.
Another Swift variant with a 1000cc turbo engine is available in the international market, but we may not see it here.
Expected Price
Suzuki is expected to launch the new Swift between Rs. 27 and 28 lacs.
Bookings
According to reports, Pak Suzuki will begin accepting reservations for the new model on Friday, February 25th.
It is worth noting that Suzuki will discontinue the previous Swift in September 2021. The company announced its intention to discontinue the car almost a year ago, along with the launch of a new generation of cars in Pakistan.
