- Download the ePay Punjab app: Visit your app store and download the ePay Punjab App to your mobile device.
- Access Punjab Police Tab: Open the app and navigate to the Punjab Police tab.
- Select the E-Challan Safe City Tab: Within the Punjab Police section, choose the E-Challan Safe City tab to proceed with your payment.
- Enter Vehicle Registration Number: Input your vehicle’s registration number accurately into the designated field.
- Generate PSID Number: Tap the Pay tab after entering your vehicle details. This will generate a unique PSID number for your transaction.

Traffic violators will lose access to facilities like learner permits, duplicates, new licenses, and 14 other amenities. They’ll also be unable to obtain character certificates, police verifications, among others. Safe City Punjab and the Police Service Centre are integrated for this purpose.
