Federal Government has decided to give relief in shape of electricity bills to commercial and industrial consumers as the government shall pay electricity bills from 1 lac to 4 lac 85 thousand.
According to details, the relief package is targeted for industrial and commercial consumers and for implementation; the government has issued directives to all electricity supply companies.
The relief package is for consumers who use from 5 kilowatt to 70 kilowatt of electricity.
Bill amount up to 1 lac for commercial consumers and bill amount up to 4 lac 85 thousand for industrial consumers shall be paid by the government. Moreover in case of extra units used, the bill has to be paid by the consumers
