You Can Now Register for 6,000+ Free Coursera Courses Under HEC’s Initiative

According to the Higher Education Commission (HEC), the registration period for free online courses under the Digital Learning and Skills Enrichment Initiative has started.

In order to help Pakistani students develop new skills, the HEC is working with US-based online course provider Coursera to provide online courses under the DLSEI.

The information indicates that the deadline for DLSEI registration is January 20, 2023.

Students and graduates have access to more than 6,000 online courses covering a range of topics such as business, computer science, information technology, data science, language learning, biological sciences, and personal development.

These online courses were created by about 100 Coursera partners, including Yale University, Amazon, IBM, Intel, and Google.

After successfully completing the course, registered participants can also obtain a certificate that they can use to show an employer that they have the skills and knowledge necessary for a career in today’s competitive world.
